Michael is passionate about Yoga because it changed his live twice, once after a depression and second after a surgery. He is happily sharing his vast experience in his classes with different sytles ranging from Vinyassa to Hatha and Yin. Michael has a strong focus on proper breathing during his classes and has a hands on mentality for proper alignement. He guides shavasana (Deep relaxation) like Yoga Nidra and applies 2 massage techniques so that the participants can relax completely.
